The challenge
An organisation with teams spread across multiple sites was relying on in-person sessions and spreadsheets to manage mandatory compliance training. Completion was hard to track, content drifted out of date, and reporting for audits was painful and manual.
What we did
We designed a set of engaging, mobile-friendly compliance courses with built-in assessments and certificates, and delivered them on a managed LMS. Single sign-on removed password friction, automated reminders nudged learners, and real-time dashboards gave managers completion data at a glance.
The result
Training became consistent and measurable across the whole organisation. Managers could see completion in real time, audits went from days to minutes, and learners could complete their training anywhere, on any device.
